I am not afraid to fall in love anymore.
I don’t need to safeguard my independence
because I know that no matter what happens,
I will always still have it.
Independence cannot be found or taken;
it is something you recognize.
It is something that is always within you.
And that recognition
is proof of independence.
We will never be dependent

And since no one can take that away from us,
